‘Passchendaele Remembered’ at St Helen’s Church, Worcester

On Saturday 4th November, St Helen’s Church, Worcester will commemorate the end of Passchendaele, Third Battle of Ypres with ‘Passchendaele Remembered’.

The event will feature a commemorative service, exhibitions and displays exploring the battle and its impact on Worcestershire regiments, three talks about the men who fought in Ypres, readings of original letters by cadets from all three services and activities for young people.

The event is taking place in St Helen’s Church, Worcester, believed to be the oldest site of Christian worship in Worcester. Doors open at 9.45, with the finish at 15.30.  Admission is completely free and refreshments will be available in the church.
