Remembering the First World War

Communities wishing to commemorate the centenaries of the First World War are being encouraged to apply to the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF).

HLF has launched a new booklet and online information outlining the availability of funding to heritage projects, both large and small, that aim to mark the centenaries which commence in 1914.

HLF is contacting hundreds of organisations across the UK to tell them about the funding and support that is available and to inspire them with examples of projects that are already going ahead with HLF support.
